Staying fit has kept me young both physically and mentally. I look 10 years younger than actual and feel like a young person.
Why exercise ? When we stop trying to be fit and live life, we give up and get weak to infections and disease. People use many excuses to not exercise - they are too busy - - - - bla bla bla
It is much easier to make an excuse to not exercise rather than exercising. Making a decision is the first step. The second step is making the time.
I personally lost 37 lbs of fat and gained 30 lbs of muscle in 3 months when I completed the body for life challenge. I recieved an award for placing in the top 10.
